- Where do you ship from ?
All orders are packed and shipped from Montreal, QC, Canada, where Nails by Aina is based.
- Do you ship internationally?
We ship across Canada, the US and some select European countries. Available countries are shown at checkout. If your country does not appear at checkout, it means I do not ship there at this time, unfortunately.
- How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Canada
- 6.99$ for tracked shipping on orders under 30$ - 3 to 5 business days
- Free tracked shipping on orders of 30$ or more - 3 to 5 business days
- Free untracked Canada Post shipping on all orders - 7 to 10 business days
- Tracked shipping is not available to P.O. boxes, only Canada Post untracked
United States: 15 USD flat rate on all orders. Tracking provided. 7 to 21 business days
Europe (when available): 9.95€ flat rate on all orders. Tracking provided. 7 to 27 business days.
Orders are processed within the next business day.
- Do you deliver to P.O. boxes?
In Canada: P.O. box delivery is available only with free untracked shipping via Canada Post. Tracked shipping is not available to P.O. boxes.
Outside Canada: The carrier used for international orders does not deliver to P.O. boxes. A full street address is required.
If you place an international order using a P.O. box and are unable to provide a valid street address, I won’t be able to ship your order. In that case, the order will be canceled and fully refunded.
- Will I have to pay customs fees, import taxes, or duties on my order?
Canadian orders do not have customs or import fees.
If you’re ordering from outside Canada, your country’s customs office may apply import duties, taxes, or handling fees once your package arrives.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Because every country has its own import rules, I unfortunately can’t predict or control these fees.
If you’re unsure, I recommend checking your local customs website before ordering, it’s the best way to avoid surprises!
- Why don’t you ship to all countries?
Some destinations have unreliable postal systems, high loss rates, or complex customs processes. To avoid delays, lost packages, or unexpected fees for you, I limit shipping to countries where delivery is more predictable.
- What happens if my international package is delayed by customs?
Customs processing times vary by country and are outside my control. Once an order leaves Canada, delivery speed depends on your local postal service and customs authority.
- Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact me as soon as possible with your order confirmation number. Once your order has shipped, it won't be possible to change the address anymore.
- What if my package is lost?
Tracked shipments offer better protection because delivery can be verified. Untracked shipments do not include insurance or tracking, which is why tracked shipping is recommended if you want extra peace of mind. That said, if you haven't received your package within the estimated delivery times for your location, please contact me by replying to the shipping confirmation email you received for your order.
