At Nails by Aina, your satisfaction matters to me. I stand behind the quality of every nail wrap set I sell, and I want you to feel confident when you order.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No, I don’t accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons. Once a product has left my studio, it can’t be resold or reused.

That said, if something’s not right with your order, I’ll always make it right.

What if I’m not happy with a nail wrap set I received?

If you’re not fully satisfied with any set from your order, I’ll refund your money, no questions asked.

You have up to 30 days from your order confirmation date to request a refund. After that time, refunds are no longer possible.

How do I request a refund?

Simply reach out through the Contact Us page or email me directly with your order confirmation number.

Once I receive your request, I’ll process your refund promptly. You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s completed.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are usually processed within a few business days, depending on your payment method and bank.

What if my order arrived damaged or incomplete?

Please let me know as soon as your order is delivered. I’ll make sure you get a replacement or refund for any damaged or missing items.
